Choosing your Stylist
Reflections offer a 4 tier system allowing you greater flexibility on availability and pricing. All levels of Stylists receive regular and on-going trend & technical training throughout their career to ensure we remain at the top of our industry. This opportunity is unique to Reflections as we have access to the multiple professional courses and workshops available at our very own Reflections Hairdressing & Barbering Academies.
To help you decide which Stylist might be right for you today, here is a breakdown of how each title is awarded.
Senior Creative Director
This is Reflections’ highest accolade and is only given to Stylists who have completed years of additional training and experience. These team members may have proven themselves by becoming Finalists in competitions such as British Hairdressing Awards or Wella Trend Vision, have additionally become Training Directors to the whole Reflections Team, have completed their Master Colour Expert Award or used their highly sought after skills to grow a loyal and dedicated client base spanning decades.
Creative Director
Our Artistic Directors have a real passion for the role and a vast amount experience and knowledge to accompany it. They have a dedicated client base and consistently create beautiful, bespoke designs suited to their client’s skin tone, wardrobe and lifestyle. They will have proven themselves by showing that “extra something” whether its leadership, commitment or regularly winning GOLD at the annual Reflections Awards.
Senior Stylist
If you value experience then a Top Stylist could be a great choice for you today. With a minimum of 2 years additional shop floor experience than Stylists, your Senior Stylist will have proven themselves as an expert in customer service and will additionally have full Colour Technician qualifications and more.
Stylist
Our Stylists all have a minimum of 2 years shop floor experience within a technical role and have completed a rigorous training plan with our own Reflections Hairdressing Academy. They are ambitious and driven to impress new clients with excellent customer care and attention to detail.
