Reflections salon in Clifton, Bristol can now boast one the UK’s best managers after securing a finalist place in HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards 2019.
Salon manager Jessica Sage is in the running to win the Manager of the Year award, sponsored by Goldwell. The category celebrates the top six UK salon managers who lead, inspire and motivate a single salon.
Jess impressed a host of industry judges with her outstanding management skills, ability to make a team feel valued and inspired, all flavoured with a unique leadership style. A final interview will determine the winner, who will be announced in September.
Commenting on the announcement, Jayne Lewis-Orr, executive director of HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards said; “To be named as a finalist in the Manager of the Year category confirms just how exceptional Jess is.
